DIAMOND LEVEL
$8,000
- One (1) 6-foot Tabletop Exhibit Boothfor both days of the meeting.
- TWENTY minutes of podium time during lunch (One slot available Saturday and one slot Sunday).

PLATINUM LEVEL

- $2,500 if registered by September 30th. After September 30th price increases to $3,000.

SILVER LEVEL*

- This level is for companies 3 years old or less.
- One (1) 6-foot Tabletop Exhibit Booth for both days.

- *Qualifications: Company must be 0-3 years old. New to industry. Rebrands or new companies via
mergers/acquisitions do not qualify. This is an entry level sponsorship allowing new companies to enter the
conference/exhibit hall environment.
SUPPORTER LEVEL
$500 – $1,999

- Announcements acknowledging sponsors during appropriate events.
- Full page ad in program book
- Two Attendee lists, pre and post conference.
- Please note exhibitor table is not included.
REFERRAL LEVEL

- MDs in private practice for marketing and branding materials. Please note table is shared by various practices.
- Attendance not included.
SATURDAY HAPPY HOUR
$6,000
- Sponsorship ad in the Gold Coast program book.
- Recognition of sponsorship BCOA website and Facebook page.
- Announcements acknowledging sponsors during appropriate events.
- Signage throughout the exhibit hall/pre-function area acknowledging sponsorship.
- Sponsorship of 60–90-minute reception immediately following education.
- Five to 10 minutes to address the audience during the reception.

The following Corporate Branding sponsorship opportunities are available on a first come first served basis. Please note you are required to sponsor an Exhibit Space (Tabletop or 10 x 10) as a condition to sponsor any of the below Corporate Branding opportunities.
